PAVER PATIOS & WALKS

From stone walkways and edging to driveways, patios and pool decks, there are many outside areas that can benefit from the beauty and durability of paving stones, or pavers. Pavers are relatively inexpensive and come in a wide variety of shapes, styles and colors. Pavers are made from a variety of materials, including natural stone, brick and concrete.

Pavers require little maintenance, resist most stains and repairs are relatively simple, making them a perfect addition to your garden or backyard. Our landscape design team can help you come up with the perfect plan for a paver patio and you'll find our installation fees to be reasonable and affordable.

There are three basic types of paver materials -- natural stone, brick and concrete. Within these simple materials there are hundreds of different styles and colors. Since concrete pavers are actually a manufactured product, colors are introduced during the manufacturing process to produce a wide range of strong, bright colors that resist sun and fading.

Natural stone is most often used in pathways, walkways, edging or on patios. Brick is extremely versatile and durable and can be used on pathways, driveways and as edging or patio material.

Bricks are available in a variety of colors and finishes; this material blends with most settings and the blocks can be arranged in numerous patterns.

Concrete pavers come in many shapes and styles, including ones that simulate natural stone; they are stronger than brick and form an interlocking surface.

Stone lends a rugged charm to any outdoor space; various types are available for use as pavers. The pieces of stone can vary widely in color and design, even when cut from the same larger boulder.

Outdoor porcelain pavers are also available and they are frost-resistant, skid-resistant, durable and easy to clean. Combined with incredibly high breakage loads (up to 2,000 pounds) these pavers are  the perfect solution for gardens, terraces and high traffic outdoor areas. Outdoor porcelain pavers can be dry laid onto grass, gravel, dirt and sand - or onto terraces and roofs using raised supports. Outdoor tiles are available in many sizes, shapes and colors.
